What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting on and managing commercial lending and real estate files from start to finish.
- Working closely with lawyers in the commercial real estate and lending group.
- Preparing and reviewing loan and security documentation.
- Coordinating closings with clients, financial institutions, and third parties.
- Maintaining organized files and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Some experience in Residential Real Estate would be an asset.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program, certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
