Important Hiring Process (Read Before Applying)

- Groups of up to 10 candidates at a time
- Camera must be on for the full interview
- Position starts as on-call, with consistent hours available as we grow
What You’ll Do
- Maintain property security (keys, alarm systems)
- Perform:
- Office cleaning
- Residential cleaning
- Deep cleans
- Post-construction cleaning
- Handle:
- Waste management
- Disinfection
- Floor care
- Follow detailed checklists to completion
- Take before + after photos
- Report additional issues with notes + photos
Schedule
- Shifts: 3.5 – 7.5 hours
- Mostly Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays
- Work in pairs
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Reliable vehicle (travel between sites)
- Comfortable using a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and complete checklists fully
