We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee our daily operations at our fast food restaurant. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
- Manage and train staff in various roles including food preparation, and customer service.
- Supervise daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and financial reporting.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the Fast Food industry is essential.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to foster positive relationships with guests and staff alike.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing staff performance effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
