310S Diagnostic Foreman: Run Our North Queen Location

About the Opportunity
Sforce AutoTech is growing. We operate two shops in the GTA, and our 314 Evans location is becoming our flagship. That means we need a strong, experienced 310S technician to step up and run our 66 North Queen location day to day.
The business is already built. The systems are in place. The customers are coming in. What we need is a foreman who owns the diagnostic side of the shop and makes sure every car that leaves is fixed right the first time.
You will report directly to Mark Plaka, the owner. No middle layers. No politics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading diagnostics on every job that needs your eyes on it
- Quality-checking work before vehicles leave the shop
- Catching problems other techs miss
- Guiding and mentoring a team of 4+ on tougher jobs
- Making sure repairs are done properly the first time, not the second
- Keeping work flowing and cars going out on time
- Reporting directly to the owner on shop performance
This is a hands-on diagnostic role with foreman responsibilities. If you love solving the hard problems and hate watching cars come back, this is your shop.
What We're Looking For
- 310S licence (required, no exceptions)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a licensed technician
- Strong diagnostic skills across makes and models, the harder the better
- Comfortable with scan tools, electrical diagnostics, and driveability issues
- Someone who can lead by doing, not by barking orders
- Takes pride in the work and won't let a sloppy job leave the bay
- Previous lead hand or senior tech experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's licence and clean abstract
