Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for teaching aspiring pilots. This role offers an exciting opportunity to share expertise in flight operations while ensuring safety and compliance with aviation standards. Fluency in multiple languages including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse student populations. Candidates with mechanical knowledge, GIS experience, and supervising background will be especially valued. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive flight training, fostering a positive learning environment, and maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct flight training sessions for students, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and aviation regulations.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s skill level and learning objectives.
- Provide clear instruction on aircraft operation, navigation, meteorology, and emergency procedures.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, flight hours, and student performance metrics.
- Supervise ground school classes and coordinate with other instructors to ensure cohesive training programs.
- Ensure all aircraft are properly maintained and prepared for flight sessions.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages safety, professionalism, and confidence among students.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation technology, regulations, and best practices through continuous professional development.
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
