Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Attic Insulation Installer to join our team. This role involves installing high-quality insulation in attics to improve energy efficiency and comfort for our clients. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, be detail-oriented, and capable of working safely in various environments.
Duties
- Measure and prepare attic spaces for insulation installation according to project specifications
- Use hand tools such as caulking guns, utility knives, and insulation blowers to install insulation materials effectively
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment during all phases of installation
Requirements
- Prior experience in insulation installation is mandatory.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, caulking, and basic construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in confined attic spaces
- Physical stamina to lift materials, kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Pay: From $18.33 per hour
