We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team to pursue a dynamic service with passion for art and jewelry sales. Seasonal bonus is offered to long term team members.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Assist in merchandising efforts to maintain an appealing store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Upsell additional products and services based on customer interests and needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
