The First Impression: Greet customers when they arrive, listen to their equipment issues, and clearly explain our service and repair process.
Master the Schedule: Manage the service appointment calendar and coordinate directly with service technicians to prioritize work orders and maximize shop efficiency.
Keep Accurate Records: Create accurate repair orders, document technical recommendations, and provide clear service estimates for customer approval.
The Communication Hub: Keep customers loops-in on their service status, clearly relay technical feedback from the technicians, and follow up after the job is done to ensure complete satisfaction.
You’re a People Person: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can handle busy days with a solution-oriented, friendly approach.
You’re Highly Organized: Details matter to you. You can juggle multiple tasks, maintain accurate paperwork, and keep a busy schedule organized.
You're a Quick Learner: You have a basic understanding of mechanical/automotive terminology (or the drive to learn it fast) and can pick up scheduling software easily.
You Have the Drive: A high school diploma is required. Previous experience in a customer service, parts, or service writer role is a massive asset—but the right attitude is everything.
