We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare high-quality baked goods, including desserts. The ideal candidate has hands-on baking experience, strong attention to detail, and a love for creating fresh, delicious products daily.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other baked items

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules

Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely

Decorate and present baked goods attractively

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Baker or similar role

Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Team-oriented with good communication skills
