Job Overview
Boss Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Field Manager to oversee daily security operations, support security personnel in the field, and ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and client service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing security teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security guards and site supervisors
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns as needed
- Schedule staff, monitor attendance, and assist with staffing coverage
- Train, coach, and evaluate security personnel
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security management or field supervision.
- Valid MB Security license and Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
