Responsibilities: (We operate few companies - selected applicant will be providing service 1 or more of our companies)
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for company operations in Canada, the USA, South America, and international markets.
* Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media accounts.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
* Record, edit, and post videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
* Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
* Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements to increase leads and sales.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
* Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
* Maintain company websites and online business profiles.
* Provide monthly reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
* Explore new marketing opportunities to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
* Experience creating and editing video and graphic content.
* Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
* Basic website management skills; knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Performance Expectations
* Consistently grow brand awareness and online engagement.
* Generate qualified leads and support sales growth.
* Meet content posting schedules and advertising objectives.
* Submit a monthly marketing performance report outlining activities, results, and recommendations.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
