The Big Apple is a major tourist attraction in Colborne, Ontario, hosting more than 500,000 guests per year. The Big Apple 262 Orchard Rd, Colborne, ON K0K 1S0. Kindly note, this is an on-site role.
The Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible Main responsibility is to assist with the regular, daily up keep of the entire property and facility
Your Impact
- Responsible to physically assist the Maintenance Supervisor with any kind of handy work that is needed to be completed on the property.
- The person must have a general knowledge of wood working, mechanical type repair work and any kind of general labour work.
- In charge of maintaining the facility to The Big Apple standards which includes ensuring washroom cleanliness and overall cleaning of the entire premises
- Must assist with shipping and receiving and must be able to operate a forklift
- Works safely and follows legislated and established safe work procedures and practices.
- Other duties as assigned in adherence to The Big Apple GMP policies
