We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tour Train Attendants. In this role, attendants help create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for passengers aboard our tour train. Successful candidates enjoy working with the public, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well as part of a team.

Complete pre-departure safety and operational checklists

Help maintain a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all passengers

Greet passengers prior to boarding and assist with organization of boarding lines

Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the train, including operation of wheelchair lift equipment when necessary

Make onboard announcements and provide trip-related information to guests

Assist passengers with seating and help accommodate families or groups together when possible

Ensure all passengers are properly seated prior to departure

Distribute souvenir materials, headsets, or other passenger amenities as needed

Interact with passengers throughout the excursion by answering questions and providing excellent hospitality

Monitor coaches during trips to assist guests and maintain a positive onboard experience

Work closely with train crew and fellow attendants to support daily operations and passenger needs

Uphold all company safety procedures and customer service standards throughout each excursion

Full-time seasonal employment from July through October 18

Availability required for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events

Approximately 10-hour shifts based on train excursion schedules

Work is performed onboard a moving tour train in a customer-facing hospitality environment
