E Landscaping is seeking a skilled and hardworking Experienced Landscape Labourer / Landscape Construction Technician to work on residential and commercial projects throughout the Ottawa area.

Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape construction and installation projects.
- Install interlock, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
- Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation work.
- Install sod, trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, and other softscape elements.
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support excavation activities using equipment such as excavators when qualified.
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Perform site cleanup and ensure all work areas meet company safety standards.
- Follow company safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape construction, interlock installation, or related construction work.
- Experience with grading, excavation, and hardscape installations is preferred.
- Ability to operate landscape equipment and power tools safely.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance knowledge are considered assets.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, digging, and performing demanding labour throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
