Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Server Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and hospitality services within our facility. This role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, hotel experience, and custodial work, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff alike.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and server activities to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee cleaning tasks, including industrial cleaning and custodial duties, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Assist with guest service responsibilities, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients
- Train new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and lodge amenities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or improvement
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Address guest or staff concerns promptly to maintain a professional and hospitable environment
Qualifications
- Previous Remote Lodge experience required.
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Good communication skills to coordinate team activities effectively
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior supervisory experience in a hospitality or custodial setting is preferred
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to industrial cleaning environments is a plus
