Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, with precision and safety consciousness.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling to support construction projects.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage and project timelines effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment operation logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment like dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders on construction sites.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures.
