About the Role
The Lead AV & Livestream Production Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality audio, video, and livestream experiences for VTC's weekly Celebrate services, Elevate spiritual salons, and occasional special events. This position is ideal for the experienced production professional with a strong working knowledge of livestreaming, leading OBS Studio workflows, video production, camera operation, and live event technology who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys bringing technical excellence to meaningful community experiences.

From overseeing livestream workflows and camera systems to troubleshooting technical challenges and supporting real-time production decisions, you'll play an essential role in delivering engaging, reliable, and visually polished experiences that reflect the warmth, presence, and spirit of VTC.
This role offers the opportunity to work with professional production systems while providing leadership and mentorship within a growing production team. In addition to hands-on technical execution, you'll support AV & Livestream Technicians through live collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and workflow development, helping to build confidence, consistency, and shared excellence across the team. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused in dynamic live production environments. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
