Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, and treatments tailored to client preferences
- Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable styles and products based on individual needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell hair care products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a positive experience for each client from greeting through checkout
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth workflow throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desires and provide expert advice on hair care routines
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling and current knowledge of latest trends and techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients
- Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions

Pay: $17.00-$45.00 per hour
