Stone Polisher/Fabricator for Marble, Granite, Quartz and Porcelain Countertops.
Dauter Stone Inc. is seeking an experienced Stone Polisher/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stone polishing/fabrication with a keen eye for detail & a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
The successful applicant will be required to perform the following functions:
- Reading of Shop work orders, usage of basic measuring devices, familiarity of natural stone fabrication tools and techniques or other comparable construction methods.
- Abilities to Fabricate by hand and to match CNC Machining Standards should the need arise.
- Strong Communication with our Team.
- Safely Handle and Fabricate Granite, Quartzite, Quartz, Marble, and Porcelain to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
-Interpret drawings and specifications for stone fabrication
-Operate hand tools and power equipment for cutting, shaping, and finishing stone materials
-Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
-Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in stone fabrication and installation
-Ability to read and interpret drawings & specifications
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
