Accounting Administrator
An Okotoks area, Industrial Company is accepting resumes for an EXPERIENCED Accounting Administrator. This role is a PERMANENT position.
The successful candidate will be working directly for the Accountant and completing accounting roles. The Accounting Department is responsible for managing all internal accounting. Major roles include Full Cycle Accounting, Reconciliation of Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll back up and various Office Administration duties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Attaining set daily and month end accounting goals
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Working with QuickBooks Online
- Supporting the small Office Environment
- Well -spoken, superior communication skills
- Organization skill set
- Data entry and reporting
- Strategic mindset
Experience and Skills Required
- Two Years in an accounting and administration role
- Strong Computer Skills (Office Software Platforms and systems)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Payworks
- Willing to Learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work well within a Team setting
- Accuracy of data entry is imperative

- Hours of Operation are 0800 – 1700 daily
- Weekend or evening may be required as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
