Job Summary
One of our clients is currently hiring a Concrete Rubber Finisher. In this role, you will install and finish pour-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing for playgrounds, recreational areas, and other commercial projects. The ideal candidate has experience working with rubber flooring systems, concrete preparation, and finishing techniques while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Job Title: Concrete Rubber Finisher
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Job Type: Full-time (8–12 hour shifts, including long shifts)
Pay Rate: CA$21.50 - CA$22.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Install and finish pour-in-place (PIP) rubber surfacing systems
- Screed, rake, trowel, and smooth rubber surfaces for a high-quality finish
- Mix rubber granules and binder materials according to specifications
- Prepare concrete surfaces before rubber installation
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Push wheelbarrows and handle materials weighing up to 55 lbs
- Perform general labor and site cleanup as required
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures at all times
- Travel to various job sites across the GTA
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concrete Rubber Finisher or in rubber surfacing installation
- Experience with pour-in-place (PIP) rubber systems is required
- Knowledge of screeding, troweling, and mixing rubber materials
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8–12 hour shifts
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy materials
- PPE compliance required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
