Retail Assistant Manager
Job Summary
The Retail Assistant Manager supports the store manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Core duties include training employees, managing inventory, warehouse organization, retail merchandising, executing opening/closing procedures, analyzing sales metrics to meet revenue targets, and resolving customer issues.
The candidate should have superior computer skills and have a strong knowledge of reading reports and working within retail software systems.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
