NOW HIRING: Auto Body Production Manager
LOCATION: Centennial Carstar Higney, Dartmouth, NS
HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40+ hours per week.
WAGES: Salary + Commission - $50,000 - $80,000/ year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough knowledge of auto body collision and mechanical repair quality standards
Efficiently plan daily production schedules to meet goals
Participating in the coordination of sublets (glass, mechanical and calibrations)
Conduct in-process quality control checks
Promptly address quality issues and production delays
Lead production meetings to communicate priorities
Assist with final quality inspections before customer delivery
Motivate staff to achieve common goals
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Assisting in getting parts, eta’s, supplementary parts and critical thinking on the shop floor to make the repair process seamless to maximize touch time efficiency.
Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license
Familiarity with Mitchell and Audatex systems preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrate reliability and initiative
Previous production manager experience is beneficial, additional training available
