Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily delivery and transportation activities
- Monitor shipment status and maintain delivery records
- Assist with route planning and scheduling operations
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff regarding delivery updates
- Verify delivery documentation and ensure record accuracy
- Support inventory movement and logistics processes
- Follow safety procedures and company operational standards
- Resolve delivery-related issues and provide customer support when needed
