XYLIA Natural Spa is a luxury holistic spa in Vancouver, inspired by nature, wellness, and intentional guest care. We offer massage, RMT massage, holistic facials, couples rituals, body treatments, nail care, and wellness experiences.
We are looking for a professional, caring, and organized Spa Manager to help lead our small team and support the daily growth of XYLIA.
Position Overview
The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, supporting staff, maintaining luxury service standards, and creating a calm, professional, and high-quality guest experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure the spa runs smoothly
- Support front desk, bookings, guest communication, and guest check-in/check-out
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Lead, support, and guide front desk staff, therapists, and service providers
- Help manage staff schedules, shift changes, attendance, and coverage
- Ensure treatment rooms, spa areas, supplies, laundry, and amenities are prepared and clean
- Maintain XYLIA’s luxury service, cleanliness, and wellness standards
- Support sales goals, including rebooking, packages, gift cards, upgrades, and promotions
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and product usage
- Use Jane and company systems to manage bookings, notes, payments, and reports
- Communicate updates, issues, and opportunities to the Founder / Director
