Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance within commercial and construction environments. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced electricians, contributing to various electrical projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and has a foundational understanding of electrical systems.
Duties
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and construction settings
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to execute electrical installations accurately
- Work with low voltage systems and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards on job sites
- Support the setup and disassembly of electrical equipment during projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading
- Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams
- Understanding of low voltage wiring and electrical components
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
- Prior experience as an commercial electrician is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $20.00-$29.05 per hour
