Summary
'We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Halley's Camps Kettle Falls Lodge. In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, manage merchandise, ensure an enjoyable experience for our visitors, along with organizing and keeping our shite lunch area clean. Your contribution will help us deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.'
Responsibilities
' Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage merchandise displays and stock levels.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Provide product information and demonstrations when needed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Promote additional products through upselling techniques.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Organizational skills to manage stock and displays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team To keep shore lunch supplies clean and stocked.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs.'
