Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordinateur/trice pour répondre aux diverses tâches suivantes.
Responsabilités du poste :
- Accueillir les clients;
- Répondre au téléphone et courriels;
- Effectuez des rendez-vous et la gestion des résultats médicaux dans le logiciel Myle de la clinique;
- Saisie de données;
- Service clientèle auprès des patients;
- Communiquer de manière courtoise toutes les informations nécessaires à nos patients;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec la fonction

Qualifications & Compétences requises :
- Compétences relationnelles;
- Une confiance en soi et être pleinement à l’aise et courtois devant les clients/patients.
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais oral et écrit;
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (milieu médical);
- Connaissance et maitrise des logiciels et de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Capacité d’apprendre rapidement un logiciel de dossier électronique médical/rendez-vous/facturation;
- Discrétion et confidentialité;
- Sens de l’organisation;

We are currently seeking a client care coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients;
- Answering phone calls and emails;
- Booking patient appointments and managing incoming medical results using clinic software Myle;
- Data entry;
- Customer service to patients;
- Courtesy in communicating relevant information to our patients;
- Performing all other related tasks related to the function.

Qualifications - Skills Required:
- Self-confidence and an aptitude for interacting with courteously the public;
- Relationship skills;
- Fluently bilingual with both spoken and written English and French
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position (medical clinic);
- Knowledge and mastery of the Microsoft office suite;
- Ability to quickly learn a new electronic medical record/appointment/billing software;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Able to work individually and as part of a team;
