As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred.
- Ability to perform body waxing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
