What we are looking for
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor at Pryor Metals Ltd, you are responsible for monitoring production operations to ensure our customer commitments can be met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations
· Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve any production issues
· Ensure timely delivery of finished products
· Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets
Preferred Requirements:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing coordination role is considered an asset
· Previous experience in leadership is an asset
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
· Knowledge of quality control standards
· Ability to interpret blueprint drawings
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Project management experience is considered an asset
· High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
