We work with founder-led home service companies that are growing quickly but often struggling to scale sales beyond the owner. Most of our clients are doing $2M-$10M+ in annual revenue and need help building a consistent, accountable sales organization.
- We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Home Services who has personally lived this journey.
- This is not a corporate management role.
- This role is best suited for someone who started in sales, became a top producer, helped train others, and eventually played a key role in building a small but scalable sales team.
- You understand what happens when a business transitions from: "The owner sells everything" "We have a functioning sales team."

You will work directly with business owners and sales teams to help implement repeatable sales systems that improve consistency, accountability, and performance.
- Recruit and interview sales representatives
- Build onboarding and training systems
- Improve sales processes and appointment flow
- Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and accountability systems
- Coach and mentor sales reps and player/coaches
- Facilitate roleplay sessions and sales training
- Create KPIs, scorecards, and performance tracking systems
- Improve follow-up systems and sales consistency
- Help founders transition from owner-led selling to scalable team structures
- Standardize and improve sales operating systems across multiple home service industries
This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution, implementation, and coaching-not consulting from the sidelines.
You'll likely be a strong fit if you:
- Started your career in direct or in-home sales
- Became a top-performing sales producer
- Helped hire, train, or mentor newer sales reps
- Played a role in growing a sales team from 1-5+ reps
- Built systems because the business needed structure
- Understand how to improve close rates, accountability, and consistency
Can coach from real-world experience- -not just theory
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Foundation repair
- Waterproofing
- HVAC
- Roofing
- Remodeling
- Restoration
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Windows & doors
- Solar
- Other in-home or residential service industries
- Sales management or sales operations experience
- Strong understanding of in-home sales environments
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and training sales teams
- Performance coaching and accountability management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales KPIs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
