Duties
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces for painting or finishing
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Restore surfaces by removing old paint, rust, or other contaminants using appropriate techniques.
- Maintain equipment and tools in safe working condition, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the finished product.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality standards are met.
