Advanpro Ltd are seeking an energetic, extremely self-motivated and highly results driven B2B Business Development Manager to drive our growth and actively onboard new clients for our commercial duct cleaning division. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to be part of our growth as we elevate to the next level in our competitive industry. As Calgary grows exponentially, so does the amount of opportunity in our industry. The role will involve significant time developing new relationships with commercial clients and ultimately converting these relationships into long term service contracts, as well as maintaining and re-igniting existing partnerships with customers from the past. The role will be compensated with salary, plus commission based incentives from the business that you bring in. This role will reward the hunter’s personality, someone who innately recognizes the benefits of and thrives in a commission based environment. We are looking for candidates with experience and a proven track record of delivering results in a B2B setting. Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of the duct cleaning and/or HVAC industry.
