Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Independent Sales Representative to support the growth of our home care services within the community. This role is responsible for generating new client referrals, building partnerships with healthcare and community professionals, and increasing awareness of our services among seniors and their families. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in sales, healthcare, community outreach, or business development and is passionate about helping individuals access quality care at home.
This is an independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior service providers, and local businesses
- Promote the company's home care services to prospective clients and referral partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community
- Attend networking events, trade shows, community events, and professional meetings to increase brand awareness
- Conduct presentations and informational meetings with potential referral sources and community groups
- Follow up with prospective clients and families regarding home care inquiries
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referral sources, and client leads
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the home care industry
- Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed
- Meet established referral and sales targets
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a related field
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information professionally to clients, families, and referral partners
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach
- Familiarity with the senior care, healthcare, or home care industry is considered an asset
- Experience using CRM systems or client management software is an asset
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $38,400.00-$76,800.00 per year
