Practice: Confidential (Paisley area)

Schedule: Monday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Tuesday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Wednesday (10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), Thursday (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), and Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
About the Role
We are seeking a patient focused Associate Dentist to join a well established, community based practice in the Paisley, Ontario area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment.
The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry and sees a steady flow of patients. You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, and extractions
- Deliver an excellent patient experience through clear communication and compassionate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Tracker
- Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Uphold clinical, ethical, and infection control standards at all times
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Advanced proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical wisdom tooth extractions (including impacted cases)
- Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient first mindset with a commitment to high quality care
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative approach
- Experience or interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry is an asset
Pay: From $300,000.00 per month
