Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately while balancing registers at shift end
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods such as nightclubs or banquet events
- Assist with catering setups or banquet service when needed, providing exceptional hospitality during special events
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit; address concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions
- Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus but not required
