Wealth Management Associate (Permanent Full-time)
Location: Peterborough, Ontario (Hybrid)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: $960.50 - $1,299.50 per week (plus pension and applicable benefits)
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will:
- Act as an expert in the area of mutual funds including administration, processes, compliance, policies, and procedures
- Audit mutual fund related transfer-out paperwork and forward for processing
- Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team
- Monitor and reconcile Credential Asset Manager *CAM) trust account
- Assist Senior Manager, Wealth Management with supporting compliance requirements
- Generate reports from the mutual funds system
- Assist in building relations with internal and external referral resources to the Financial Planners
- Perform other duties within the department as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Post-secondary education with emphasis in financial services or investment management would be an asset
- Two years experience working in a related job
- Prior experience working in a financial institution would be an asset
- Expert knowledge on mutual fund product offerings, administration and risk management policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent administrative skills with song attention to detail and accuracy
