The Opportunity
Go Time Ag Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Leader or Kindersley.
This is a hands-on sales role working directly with growers to understand their operations, identify opportunities, and provide practical crop input solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and helping grow Go Time Ag’s presence within the agricultural community.
We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with producers, understands agriculture, and takes a genuine interest in helping customers succeed. You are comfortable starting conversations, asking the right questions, following through, and building relationships that last.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and other crop input solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business within the territory.
- Meet with growers to understand their operations, challenges, and goals.
- Prepare product recommendations, quotations, crop plans, and other sales information.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and customer commitments consistently.
- Stay current on products, market conditions, competitive activity, and industry trends.
- Participate in seasonal sales programs, customer events, field tours, and industry activities.
Customer & Agronomic Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact and provide practical, responsive support to customers.
- Build long-term relationships through regular communication, farm visits, and follow-up.
- Help customers identify crop input solutions that add value to their operations.
- Collaborate with agronomists, suppliers, and technical resources when additional expertise is needed.
- Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales activity information.
- Share customer feedback, market insights, and opportunities with the broader Go Time Ag team.
Sales & Operational Coordination
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to align sales activity with operational priorities.
- Communicate customer requirements to support inventory, logistics, product availability, and delivery planning.
- Coordinate with Operations and Administration to ensure customer commitments are completed.
- Support credit management and collection activities as required.
- Participate in sales planning, team meetings, training, and company initiatives.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, agricultural retail, customer service, or farm operations.
- Strong understanding of Saskatchewan agriculture and farming operations.
- Knowledge of seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and crop production practices is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Crop Science, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping producers succeed.
- Self-motivated and comfortable developing new relationships and business opportunities.
- Organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new business and customer management systems.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Accountable, dependable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
