We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative activities. This is a full-time employee position with a guaranteed annual salary. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain records, prepare documentation, coordinate office processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process administrative documents and records
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
- Coordinate communication between departments and support office workflows
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize office records
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
