Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Laundry and linen changing as needed for clients’ comfort and satisfaction
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks and basic cooking skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in previous roles
