As a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and keeping our customers safely on the road.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately and efficiently.
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles and other makes and models.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology.
Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
Work collaboratively with Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians.
Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Participate in ongoing OEM and dealership training programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Journeyman Certified – You're a licensed Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in your craft.
Diagnostic Expert – You enjoy solving complex problems and finding the right solution the first time.
