As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you will manage account relationships.
Key responsibilities:

Create and manage daily customer quotations.

Negotiate plan and spec jobs with respective house accounts.

Responsible for some of the order entry, order maintenance, and management of order delivery process.

Manage weekly bid schedule.

Prioritize projects and communicates bid date and time, co-coordinating quoting responsibilities and objectives with Commercial Territory Managers.

Manage quote follow-up process including updating weekly open quote reports, updating CRM to reflect quote status and coordination with 3rd party vendors.

Assist in credit and collection activities.

Manage the order credit approval process to avoid delays and past due orders.

Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.

Coordinate and manage quotes and orders within guidelines for residential districts.

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Effective at written and verbal communication.

Intermediate industry and product knowledge.

Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
