Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood program
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications:
- Level -1/2/3 certification is must
- Experience in childcare industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred
- Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and prioritize tasks
