Position Overview
The Print Production & Graphic Design Specialist will play a key role in both the creative and production sides of our operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys designing, preparing files for print, operating production equipment, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare artwork for print, signage, marketing materials, and promotional products.
- Operate digital printing, finishing, and bindery equipment.
- Set up and prepare customer files for production, ensuring accuracy and print readiness.
- Produce a variety of printed materials, including business cards, brochures, banners, signs, posters, and direct mail pieces.
- Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, laminating, binding, mounting, folding, and packaging.
- Communicate with customers and team members regarding artwork, revisions, and project requirements.
- Maintain production schedules and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general production area organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a print production, sign production, or commercial printing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Experience preparing files for digital and large-format printing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with wide-format printing, signage production, and finishing equipment is considered an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
