Full-Time (40 to 50 hours per week)
Maintenance Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas, including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, furniture, HVAC, and minor carpentry repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and complete assigned maintenance checklists.
- Ensure all hotel equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain pool, laundry, parking lot, and exterior areas as required.
- Report major repair needs or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal, salting, and grounds upkeep.
- Follow all workplace health and safety standards and hotel policies.
Houseman Duties
- Clean and maintain public areas including lobby, parking lot, hallways, elevators, stairwells, breakfast area, and restrooms.
- Deliver linens, towels, amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and guest requests to rooms.
- Assist housekeeping attendants with stripping rooms, removing garbage, and transporting linens.
- Set up meeting rooms when needed.
- Ensure housekeeping storage areas remain organized and stocked.
- Take away the trash daily.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
