Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote enrollment opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the enrollment process efficiently and professionally
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies
- Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Technical sales experience is advantageous, especially related to technology or marketing solutions
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
