Guided Spectrum is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic in Oakville offering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Neurofeedback services for children. The Role
We are seeking a full-time Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our in-centre clinical team. This is an on-site position, 40 hours per week, based at our Oakville centre. As an RBA, you will lead the clinical care of a caseload of children — developing and overseeing individualized programs, conducting assessments, and providing clinical supervision to the therapists who deliver day-to-day intervention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behaviour assessments, etc.) and develop individualized treatment and behaviour support plans
- Design, monitor, and adjust ABA programs based on ongoing data analysis and clinical progress
- Provide supervision, training, and clinical direction to Instructor Therapists / behaviour technicians in line with CPBAO standards
- Partner with families through parent training, goal-setting, and regular progress updates
- Collaborate with our SLP, OT, and Neurofeedback teams to support integrated, whole-child care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation consistent with CPBAO and clinic standards
- Contribute to a positive, ethical, and professional clinical culture
Qualifications
Required
- Registration in good standing as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience developing and supervising ABA programs for children, including those with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong working knowledge of the CPBAO Standards of Professional Conduct and applicable ethical guidelines
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
- BCBA certification
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting
- Familiarity with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) and related funding structures
