We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage our the upkeep of our washroom trailers, portable washrooms and rental equipment. The job involves knowledge of electrical (including 12V systems), plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
As the Maintenance Technician, you'll be tasked with doing in-house and out in the field repairs on our washroom traile rs, rebuilding/renovating the trailers as needed, and helping to keep our delivery trucks trucks running and in good condition
The right candidate will have experience in RV maintenance, plumbing, pump-systems, mechanical systems and electrical maintenance. You'll need at least 2-3 years experience working in a maintenance or repairman position. The job is about 80% repairing/building and 20% office work for reporting and planning.

Duties Involved with the Maintenance Technician Position:
- helping to oversee the maintenance of all our inventory;
- conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment;
- handling all repairs and maintenance;
- on-set maintenance work with our film customers;
- on-site maintenance work with our event and construction customers;
- electrical work;
- plumbing work;
- some welding and fabricating (bonus);
- diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them;
- ensures operation of vehicles, machinery and washroom trailers by completing preventive maintenance requirements on equipment;
- cleaning the shop and work area in the office.
- fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment;
- maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt;
- conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Secondary Duties:
- delivering washroom trailers, which requires him to park and stabilize 6,000 to 8,000 lb washroom trailers;
- pumping out black and grey water tanks, which requires him to climb under tanks and trucks;
- pumping out portable toilets on job sites;
- washing and cleaning the inside and outside of washroom trailers;
- cleaning portable toilets;

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
