We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team and support our incredible customers across the region. If you enjoy building relationships, being out in the field, and helping businesses grow, this could be a great opportunity for you.
In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll spend your time working with key accounts, visiting jobsites, and providing training and support to help our customers succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with building material dealers, distributors, developers, builders, and contractors—many of whom have been valued partners of ours for years.
This position is a great next step for someone who has experience in the construction industry who is looking to grow their career and move into a dynamic, customer-facing sales role. Requirements
· Live in the Greater Calgary or Greater Edmonton Area
· Reliable vehicle
· Excellent communication skills are critical for this position
· Experience in the construction industry
· Ability to problem solve
· Positive attitude
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
· Understanding of building industry and construction industry an asset
· Proven team player
· Basic Microsoft skills
· Basic CRM software skills
· Basic technology skills (ability to use apps on an iPhone)
Travel Requirements
· Reliable Vehicle (the territory area is all of Alberta and daily travel is required)
· On the road and away from the office 95% of the time
· Overnight travel
· Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
· Maintaining a clean driving record is a condition of employment
· Potential for US travel for training so a Valid Passport is required
Education
· Minimum Highschool diploma
Compensation
· Salary between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 (based on experience)
