The Opportunity:
BCS Automation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Coordinator to support the administration and execution of contracts, bids, and RFPs across our growing portfolio of marine and industrial automation projects. This role is ideal for someone who is socially perceptive, collaborative, tactful, and comfortable building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams. The successful candidate enjoys digging into detailed documentation, creating orderly systems, solving problems, and learning on the job.
In this role, you’ll support the Contracts Manager by reviewing and maintaining contract documentation, tracking project milestones, supporting bid and proposal submissions, and coordinating with stakeholders alongside our Engineering team. You’ll play a key supporting role while building valuable experience in the growing marine and industrial automation industry.

Your Role:
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams, including scheduling and participating in meetings, following up on action items, and helping keep projects on track
- Review, organize, and maintain detailed contract and project documentation
- Support the Contracts Manager and President with bids, proposals, RFP responses, and customer submissions
- Assist the team in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and contractual commitments
- Support contract administration activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract administration and organizational processes
Experience That Will Put You Ahead:
- Two or more years of relevant experience in administration, project coordination, contract administration, or a related business environment
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, or RFP submissions is considered an asset
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license (G2 or G)
- Valid passport for international travel
- A CPIC and security check will be required after hire
